Experiment Study of Animal Model of Acute Pulmonary Edema

Abstract:
Objective To probe the results and mechanism of reproducing animal model of acute pulmonary edema. Methods The white rats were randomly divided into control and ammonium chloride two groups. The pulmonary edema was established by injecting 6% ammonium chloride (♀6~8ml/kg,9~12ml/kg) into the abdomen. The rats condition, the pulmonary ratio and pathologic section were observed to identify the pulmonary edema model. Results The ammonium chloride could induce acute pulmonary edema and had its own character. Conclusion The model of the pulmonary edema induced by ammonium chloride is ideal. The symptom is obvious, and the animal model is feasible and economic.
