Abstract:TTF-2 gene is a forkhead domain-containing gene expressed in manner of tissue-specific and developing stage-specific during embryos development. It plays important role in procedure of organogenesis of thyroid and plate during embryo development. In order to investigate the effect of change of expression pattern (stage-specific) of TTF-2 on organogenesis, the recombinant expression vector pBROAD3-titf-2 containing the promoter of the mouse ROSA26 gene fused to the structural gene of mouse TTF-2 was microinjected into the pronuclei of fertilized mouse gees. The model of transgenic mice with consistently expression of TTF-2 was established.
