Abstract:The changing trend on natural ecology in breeding areas of northeast forest frog, the effect of practitioner’s behavior and the sustainability of frog breeding were investigated, evaluated and analyzed. The research indicated that the artificial breeding were always in the areas with better nature resources and important values for protection. Semi-artificial breeding remarkably improved the quantity of the northeast forest frog population in local forest ecosystem, and induced a set of changes of the nature ecosystem. But these changes were uncertain. The behaviors and prefers of employees not only benefit to local nature conservation, but also maybe damage the nature. Based on the research, investigation of northeast forest frog, monitoring and studying the changes of nature in semi-artificial breeding areas should be strengthened. And unifing the right of operating activities, establishing technique criterion, leading practitioners to operate with standardization are proposed.
