The Main Pathogenic Microorganisms and Parasites Control in the Closed Colony of Guizhou Miniature Pig

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To explore the main pathogenic microorganisms and parasites control measures in Guizhou Miniature Pig(Sus scrofa domestica var. mino guizhounensis Yu.), so as to provide scientific basis for formulating it’s pathogenic organisms control and monitoring standards. Methods Implement environmental disinfection、conventional deworming、 immunization and other intervention measures on the swines, test the carrying and immune status of the main pathogenic organism before and after intervention, review the effect of intervention measures. Results Through the implementation of these interventions, the pathogenic dermal fungi、parasites are effectively controlled;The qualified immunity rates of that were observed arrive at 89.47%~100%, the pathogens including Foot-and-mouth disease virus O、Hog cholera virus、Porcine parvovirus、Japanese B encephalitis virus、Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus、Chlamydia、Leptospira;The carrying rate of Staphylococcus aureus decreased. Conclusion The intervention measures on the swines are effective to control main pathogenic organisms,and this is very important for formulating it’s pathogenic organisms control and monitoring standards.
