Abstract:The blood biochemical indices of Agkistrodon acutus were measured and the t-test was made based on measured values. The results showed: Glu, TG, Na, Cl, Ca, P, Mg were not significantly different between male and female in biochemical indices of Agkistrodon acutus(P>0.05); TP value was significantly different between male and female(P<0.05); CHO, ALB, K value were very significantly different between male and female(P<0.01). From the results we can see that the difference of biochemical indices is not significant between male and female of Agkistrodon acutus.
