Constructing Model of Guizhou Miniature Pig with Imblance of Intestinal Flora

Abstract：Objective To explore how to construct the model of Guizhou miniature pig with imblance of intestinal flora. Method After intragastric administering Rheum offcinale and sodium ampicillin separately, the variety of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, enterobacterium and enterococcus in intestines of Guizhou miniature pig was tested. Result Both method could lead to Guizhou miniature pig with imblance of intestinal flora. Comparing the two groups, bacterial community of intragastric administering Rheum offcinale group changed more quickly than the ampicillim did, and the former lasted shorter than the latter did. Conclusion Both methods can produce more stable model of Guizhou miniature pig with imblance of intestinal flora. However the detail results are different, and the right model should be selected according to the demand.
