Effect of Supplemented FBS to the Maturation Medium on the External Mature Culturing of Oocyte from Goats

Abstract:This experiment regarded fresh ovary from slaughtered goats as the material. This kind of COC was placed in M199+the FBS(0%, 10%, 15%) educates liquid+FSH(100 IU/mL)+LH(100 IU/mL) educates tiny inside, in the CO2 incubator (5% CO2, 95% air, 100% humidity) under 39 temperature descends to educate 16 h, 24 h and 26 h. It is concluded that 10%~15% FBS is beneficial to the maturation in vitro of goat follicular oocytes. The maturation rate of oocytes cultured for 24 h, 26 h was significantly higher than that of 16 h (P<0.05).
