Preliminary Study on Germinating and Disaggregating of Nephron in Mature Triplophysa bleekeri

Abstract:The mesonephrons of Tiplophysa bleekeri was studied by microscopic examination. The result suggested that the germinating and disaggregating phenomena of nephons existed in mature Tiplophysa bleekeri. To our knowledge, this is the first report of this phenomenon in the research of fish. According to the morphological differences, the development of nephrons can be divided into four phases: renal tubule anlage, renal tubule bud, puerile nephron and sub-mature nephron, respectively. Moreover, the disaggregating nephrons can be classified as type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ based on the degree of disaggregation.
