Abstract:Noninvasive sampling is the least harmful to animals and has important value for animal protection. In amphibian, DNA noninvasive sampling has been reported by surface cleaning. However, the study was limited to sporadic species, and the sampling methods were mostly carried out under the condition of moving objects back to the laboratory, and were not suitable for field sampling. In this study, the provincial Giant Panda Nature Reserve in Sichuan was taken as the study area, and 6 species of 11 genera, 10 genera and four species of amphibians, including tail, amphibian and tailless species, were analyzed. The sample through mitochondrial gene sequence analysis showed that the surface wipe sampling methods for DNA can meet the requirements of the conventional molecular biology experiments, can be used for amphibious animal aquatic and land Qideng various groups, can be widely used in the amphibian conservation genetics research.
