中文摘要:化脓隐秘杆菌是林麝脓肿病的主要病原菌。用结晶紫染色法测定化脓隐秘杆菌菌膜形成能力,然后测定4种药物处理菌膜后的菌落形成单位(CFU),并对菌膜结构进行镜检。结果表明, 91.7%的隐秘化脓杆菌能在48h内形成菌膜;环丙沙星(CIP)可以穿过菌膜有效杀死部分膜内细菌,但对菌膜结构几乎无影响;EDTA可以使菌膜形成泡状结构,但杀菌效果不理想;复合酚(CP)以及环丙沙星和EDTA复合物不仅能够有效的杀死细菌,还能够破坏菌膜结构。这说明环丙沙星和EDTA复合物可以作为彻底杀死化脓隐秘杆菌的有效药物,复合酚可以作为辅助手段用于日常消毒以消除麝场环境中菌膜的存在,从而有效的阻止化脓隐秘杆菌的传播和感染。
英文摘要:Trueperella pyogenes is the main pathogenic bacteria of abscesses of forest musk deer. Biofilm production ability of T. pyogenes was confirmed by crystal violet staining method. The remaining colony forming units (CFU) in the biofilms were counted after treatments with four drugs, and the structure of treated biofilms were observed using light microscope. The results indicated that a proportion of 91.7% T. pyogenes was capable of forming biofilm in 48 h, and ciprofloxacin (CIP) could penetrate the biofilm and kill majority of bacteria without influence the structure; bubble-formed structure was observed in biofilm when treated with EDTA but the sterilization effect was not ideal; Compound phenol (CP) and combination use of CIP and EDTA could effectively eliminate the bacteria and destroy the structure of biofilm. Above results demonstrated that CP and combination use of CIP and EDTA were proved to be potent T. pyogenes biofilm disrupter, thus the former could be routinely used in environmental disinfection as an auxiliary method to the latter to prevent the spread and infection of T. pyogenes.
