中文摘要：2010年7月～2011年6月，对海南鹦哥岭省级自然保护区境内海南疣螈的分布、种群数量以及栖息地生境因子进行了调查分析。结果表明：鹦哥岭保护区内海南疣螈分布海拔为1200~1800 m之间，在保护区内仅分布于主峰以及南毛拉两地，分布范围狭窄，种群数量稀少；3~5月为其繁殖期；海南疣螈栖息在季节性的水潭中，水潭面积小且深度较浅，水潭底层有大量腐叶，水体含氧量较低，pH值呈弱酸性，栖息地中湿度大，郁闭度高。建议加大对海南疣螈的保护力度。
英文摘要：From July 2010 to June 2011, a survey on the distribution, population and habitat factors of Tylototriton hainanensis was conducted in Yingeling, Hainan Province. The results showed that T. hainanensis distributed from elevation of 1200 meters to 1800 meters above sea level, and distributed narrowly around the main peak and Nanmaola. T. hainanensis lived in small and shallow seasonal pool with low oxygen content, weak acid water and a lot of rotten leaves at the bottom. And the moisture and canopy density of the habitat were very high. The protection of this species should be enhanced.
