黑塞石蜈蚣属一新种(石蜈蚣目:石蜈蚣科)及分子系统学分析

中文摘要:本文报道黑塞石蜈蚣属Hessebius一新种:冰突石蜈蚣,新种Hessebius translucidus sp. nov.,对其进行了形态学、分子系统学研究。新种的主要鉴别特征:(1)触角18~22节,每侧单眼9~14个,约为3列排布。(2)基胸板前缘具2+2齿。(3)基节腺孔4~6个。(4)雌性生殖肢第1节着生2+2个圆锥形生殖棘;第2节背侧后端向后方突起,突起末端再向后延伸形成像冰一样的透明结构;第3节末端爪简单,腹侧基部有一刺状突起。基于COⅠ基因开展了分子系统发育分析,证明该新种的判定和分类地位正确无误。
英文摘要:This study reports a new species of Hessebius, H. translucidus sp. nov., and the morphological features of which were characterized as:(1) antennae with 18-22 articles; 9-14 ocelli on each side arranged in 3 rows. (2) Anterior margin of coxosternite with 2+2 teeth. (3) 4-6 coxal pores. (4) The first section of female gonopods with 2+2 conical spurs; the dorsal terminal part of the second section strongly extending backward, and the end of the protuberance extends backward and forms an ice-like transparent structure; the terminal claw of the third section is simple with a small dentation on the basal ventral side. COⅠ gene-based phylogenetic analysis confirmed that the new species was correctly identified and classified.
