中文摘要:金黄鼠耳蝠Myotis formosus与渡濑氏鼠耳蝠M.rufoniger在物种识别及学名和中文名使用上一直混乱。以广东和江西采集的部分鼠耳蝠标本为研究对象,结合形态学和分子系统发育学方法对其进行分类厘定。结果显示,所采集的标本应为“渡濑氏鼠耳蝠”,其形态特征却与国内文献中的“绯鼠耳蝠”(学名错用为M.formosus)形态描述相符合,结合历史文献,可确定国内鉴定的“绯鼠耳蝠”应为渡濑氏鼠耳蝠,国内分布区主要集中在中国东部,而近似种金黄鼠耳蝠仅在台湾和江西有分布记录。
英文摘要:Regarding to Myotis formosus and M. rufoniger, there are confusions about species identification and usage in scientific and Chinese names. Based on morphological and molecular phylogenetic methods, we conducted a taxonomic revision study on Myotis specimens collected from Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces. Our results indicated that although their morphological characteristics were consistent with the descriptions of M. formosus in many Chinese literatures, they were M. rufoniger. Moreover, combined with the historical literatures, we suggested that M. formosus was a misinterpreted scientific name of M. rufoniger in China. Thus far, M. rufoniger mainly encountered in eastern China, while M. formosus, a similar species, was only recorded in Taiwan and Jiangxi.
