中文摘要:本研究针对不同年龄段和高脂膳食诱导后雄性食蟹猴的高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化规律进行了研究。实验利用免疫比浊法对不同年龄段食蟹猴的后肢静脉血测定,并选择中年雄性食蟹猴饲喂高脂饲料,研究高脂膳食条件下hs-CRP值的变化及与总胆固醇的关系。结果显示老龄雄性食蟹猴的hs-CRP平均值高于中年和低龄食蟹猴(6.09 mg·L-1±2.06 mg·L-1 VS. 2.78 mg·L-1±1.48 mg·L-1 & 2.31 mg·L-1±1.52 mg·L-1),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年雄性食蟹猴的hs-CRP值高于雄性群体均值(6.09±2.06 VS. 3.19±2.16),差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高脂膳食诱导后,食蟹猴总胆固醇(TC)含量显著升高(P<0.05),hs-CRP与对照组比较也有明显升高(P<0.05),提示hs-CRP可能与高脂含量有一定相关性,在心血管病动物实验研究中可作为辅助的预警指标。本研究确定了不同年龄段雄性食蟹猴的hs-CRP均值,且不同年龄段间hs-CRP存在差异;雄性食蟹猴经高脂膳食诱导后在总胆固醇含量升高的同时伴随hs-CRP水平的升高。本研究结果可为以灵长类动物为实验动物的心血管病相关研究提供基础数据。
英文摘要:To investigate the high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) baseline values of different ages of male cynomolgus monkeys, and the differences of the hs-CRP values induced by high-fat diet. Saphenous venous blood was collected and hs-CRP values were detected by the method of immunoturbidimetry. The middle-age cynomolgus monkeys were fed with high-fat diet, subsequently, the change of hs-CRP values and its relationship with total cholesterol were analyzed. The results showed that the mean value of old monkeys was obviously higher than that of middle-age and young monkeys (6.09 mg·L-1±2.06 mg·L-1 VS. 2.78 mg·L-1±1.48 mg·L-1 & 2.31 mg·L-1±1.52 mg·L-1, P<0.05). The mean hs-CRP value of old monkeys was also significantly higher than the mean value of the whole. Total cholesterol (TC) concentration and hs-CRP value of high-fat diet induced cynomolgus was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). These results indicated that the high hs-CRP levels may be associated with TC levels of serum, and this could be considered as an early index in animal experiment of cardiovascular disease research. In this study, the basal hs-CRP levels of male cynomolgus monkeys among different ages were determined, and there were differences among the different age groups. The hs-CRP levels were related with the blood lipids. This study could provide basic data for animal model research related to hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular disease, etc.
