贝氏高原鳅成体中肾单位的发生与解体现象初步研究

中文摘要：采用常规组织学方法对贝氏高原鳅中肾进行了研究。结果表明：贝氏高原鳅成鱼中肾组织的肾单位存在发生与解体现象。这一现象在鱼类相关研究中尚属首次报道。依据明显的形态学差异，中肾单位的发生分为肾小管原基、肾小管芽、幼稚肾单位和亚成熟肾单位4个阶段。解体中的肾单位根据其肾小管解体程度的不同，可分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型3种类型。
英文摘要：The mesonephrons of Tiplophysa bleekeri was studied by microscopic examination. The result suggested that the germinating and disaggregating phenomena of nephons existed in mature Tiplophysa bleekeri. To our knowledge, this is the first report of this phenomenon in the research of fish. According to the morphological differences, the development of nephrons can be divided into four phases: renal tubule anlage, renal tubule bud, puerile nephron and sub-mature nephron, respectively. Moreover, the disaggregating nephrons can be classified as type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ based on the degree of disaggregation.
