中文摘要:光镜下观察了秦岭滑蜥视网膜年龄相关的显微结构特征,并对胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)免疫组织化学定位及表达强度进行了统计分析。结果显示:秦岭滑蜥视网膜由内至外共分为10层,与昼行性蜥蜴类视网膜结构特征相一致。亚成体和成体视网膜总厚度较幼体明显增加,但三者之间无神经节细胞层、外界膜以及视杆视锥层厚度的明显差异。不同年龄组,视网膜胞核层数无差异。外核层约1-2层,神经节细胞层3-4层,内核层6-8层。视网膜GFAP免疫阳性主要定位于内界膜和神经纤维层,且以神经纤维层阳性最强。GFAP阳性表达呈现幼体较强,亚成体最弱,而成体最强的变化。GFAP阳性在秦岭滑蜥视网膜的表达与年龄相关,可能与视网膜胚后发育中的生理功能调节相关。
英文摘要:The age-dependent microscopic structure of the retina was observed under light microscope, and the immunohistochemical localization and expression intensity of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the retina of the S.tsinlingensis was divided into 10 layers from the inside to the outside, which was consistent with the retina structural characteristics of lizards. The total retinal thickness of sub-adult and adult retina increased significantly compared with larvae, but there was no significant difference in the thickness of ganglion cells layer, outer limiting membrane, and layer of rods and cones. There was no difference in the number of retinal nucleus layers in different age groups, which were composed of 1-2 layers in the outer nuclear layer, 3-4 layers in the ganglion cells layer and 6-8 layers in the inner nuclear layer. The immunoreactivity of GFAP in the retina was mainly located in the inner limiting membrane and the nerve filament layer, and the nerve fiber layer was the most positive. The positive expression of GFAP in the retina showed age-related changes, i.e. the adult groups > the larvae groups > sub-adult groups. The expression of GFAP positive in the retina of the S.tsinlingensis is related to age, which may be involved in the regulation of physiological functions during the development of retina.
